War of Flowers has amazing OSTs and instrumental tracks, and this one is my favorite. It is a very "grand" OST, perfect for luxurious sageuk drama like War of Flowers. Music Director Lee Ji Young (이지용) who previously worked on The Princess Man once again brings the magic to this drama.
I couldn't find the English title of this song, I think 호접 means butterfly, but I totally had no idea what does 지몽 mean.
According to Janie, 호접지몽 can be translated as "what you encounter in reality is not necessarily different from a dream. You forget the distinction between reality and imaginary."
I think Janie is correct and it's the meaning of this beautiful song.
